Shipping
I offer a flat rate on shipping costs:

£10.00 Worldwide.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail with tracked and signed for service.
All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours - unless specified otherwise. All prints are rolled carefully, using high-quality white acid free tissue paper, and posted in a sturdy postal tube.
Items that require special delivery such as ones that contain glass or require extra security are chargeable at an extra cost and are worked out after sale is agreed.
James Kingman is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Tracked Parcel Service Worldwide
Our tracked option gives you peace of mind for any order value. You will receive email updates regarding your order's progress. The majority of orders arrive just 2 days after dispatch (excluding Sundays & Bank Holidays), unless delivery is to a non-mainland UK area.
Bank Holidays
Please note that on bank holiday dates no orders are picked up by the courier and no deliveries are made.

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at art@jameskingman.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
